The 2025 Core Course will continue to focus on the professional responsibility of the real estate licensee in every aspect of the real estate transaction.  Upon completion, brokers will have an advanced understanding of their responsibilities to the New Mexico Real Estate Commission, all the parties to a transaction, and their fellow brokers. They will recognize their role as more than a facilitator of a purchase, sale, or lease transaction, acknowledging their position as key professionals in an industry that underpins a vital aspect of our States’s economy and culture.
